Notice of Rate Increase
At its May 12, 2026 meeting, the Board approved water rate increases to maintain service, quality, and meet rising costs.
New Minimum Base Rates (first 2,000 gallons):
- Standard 5/8” x ¾” Meter: $25.00 (was $20.00)
- 1-inch Meter: $60.00 (was $50.00)
- 1.5-inch Meter: $90.00 (was $75.00)
- 2-inch Meter: $120.00 (was $100.00)
Gallonage Charge:
$7.00 per thousand gallons for all meters (up from $5.00).
Effective Date:
Changes apply with June 2026 billing (bills received around July 1, 2026).
